KIRISH
This sociodrama activity helps learners explain linked travel problems clearly and find practical solutions under pressure. Students practice describing disruptions, asking follow-up questions, requesting help, negotiating alternatives, and agreeing on the best next step in a stressful service situation.
SSENARIY
A group of travelers arrives for a short academic trip and discovers several connected problems. One suitcase is missing, the flight was delayed, and the hotel reservation does not match the original booking. Because of these problems, the group must act quickly and decide what to solve first.

At the service desk, different travelers have different priorities. One needs urgent help because important documents and clothes are missing. Another is worried about extra costs and cannot afford new fees. The group must speak with service staff, clarify what happened, and agree on the most workable solution.
